The MDIH PTO plans many fun events throughout the year including The Dragon Dash, which is our largest fundraiser, the Halloween Spooktacular, Spaghetti Dinner & Glow in the Dark Obstacle Course, Wellness Night, Family Fun & Movie Nights, Carnival & more...
The Dragon Dash is our largest fundraiser or the year, & we also have bake sales, Scholastic Book Fairs & receive proceeds when you purchase Mabel's Labels & collect Box Tops for Education. Fundraisers
Each year the MDIH PTO gives the schools $15,000 to use towards in class programming with $5,000 budgeted for environmental education. Past programs include the Florentine Opera, Living Voices, Civil Rights Icon Ruby Bridges, Drums Alive, Jam AK Jam African Dancers, Nature Programs & much more.
